About Nicole Ross
Nicole Ross has been practising in the legal field since 1998, and brings years of experience into the firm, with a comprehensive network of established professionals in various fields of law.
Qualifications
Nicole holds a B Proc degree and a Diploma in Corporate Law from the Rand Afrikaans University in Johannesburg. Nicole is a fully qualified attorney admitted in the High Court of South Africa and is a qualified CEDR accredited mediator. Nicole is also admitted as a non-practising solicitor in the United Kingdom, Australia, Northern Ireland and Wales.
Experience
Nicole has been a partner and director of AL Mostert & Company Inc since 1 April 1999 and continues to hold such position.
Nicole launched Nicole Ross Attorneys in March 2016. While practising as an attorney, Nicole has gained considerable experience particularly in the field of litigation, labour law, matrimonial law and general commercial law.
Accreditation
Nicole is an accredited commercial and matrimonial mediator, accredited with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) both locally and abroad.

Lethabo is responsible for organising and scheduling meetings and appointments for our clients. Working alongside our Office Manager, she also assists with general office procurement, greeting and assisting visitors to the office and transport arrangements for attorneys.
Palesa Rantsho
Legal Secretary/ PA
Palesa is a Legal Secretary/ PA with over 10 years of experience in the legal field. After completing the LEAD Office Management Course in June 2018, she has also taken on the role of Office Manager for Nicole Ross Attorneys. Palesa has recently started studying towards obtaining her LLB through Unisa and hopes to graduate in 2023.
Aalia Amra
Admitted attorney
Aalia is a passionate and enthusiastic attorney who studied at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. In 2018 Aalia completed her LLB and thereafter went on to complete her Professional Legal Training Course before joining Nicole Ross Attorneys in 2019 to serve her articles of clerkship. Upon completing her articles Aalia has been admitted as an attorney and is now building up her own client base within Nicole Ross Attorneys.
